What happens after I submit my application?
Once your application is received we will call you to confirm your details and to ensure we have all the required information to organise your connections. We may require some additional information depending upon the services you wish to have connected. It will only take a couple of minutes to finalise your request.
We will then liaise with your service providers to organise connection. You will receive a text message or email from us once we have had confirmation from your providers that will include dates, reference numbers and your new phone number.
We do ask you for some form of identification. The information we request is required by your service providers before connection can be made. If you were to organise the connection directly with your service providers this information would be required.
